Mr. Massie has over 30 years of experience in representing owners and tenants. He has an impressive track record of successfully completing real estate transactions of all types and sizes for his clients. His experience includes office, medical, dental, retail and industrial projects, restaurants and delis, gyms, warehouses, and churches and other non-profits.

He is the negotiator’s negotiator. With an excellent understanding of the financial and legal aspects involved with real estate transactions, David is your best ally. Mr. Massie has managed, bought, sold, and leased millions of commercial square feet and hundreds of commercial buildings across California and a number of other states.

In addition to a having a California Broker’s License, Mr. Massie is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Mathematics and Economics. David’s passion for fitness and balance in his life includes spending time with his wife and five children, being a member of his church, playing two-man beach volleyball, and mountain biking.

  1. Good morning, I am in Oregon and considering selling or trading my one bedroom woodsy cabin on 10,7 acres alongside a year round creek on one side and forest (BLM) on the other side, a country store two miles down the road, and town 6 miles away. Do you handle those kinds of things?
