A large and challenging retail space in Agoura Hills has been successfully leased after a new marketing strategy was implemented by commercial real estate broker David Massie.
The standalone building, totaling approximately 6,280 square feet, is located at 28700 Roadside Drive in Agoura Hills. The property had previously struggled to attract the right tenant. David repositioned the marketing approach for the space, which quickly generated strong interest and resulted in five offers within 60 days.
The new tenant, Lemondrop Yoga and Café, is expected to open around January 2027, as the space will require significant construction before opening. The business plans to offer hot yoga classes along with a café serving food and beverages. The location was previously occupied by Yamato Restaurant.
